September Shift: A Season of Refocus and Renewal

As the seasons begin to change, September reminds us that God often uses shifts in the natural to bring transformation in the spiritual. At Destined For Greater Ministries, we believe this is more than just a new month, it’s a divine invitation to refocus, realign, and renew.

Many of us began the year full of vision and energy, but life has a way of pulling us in different directions. As schedules get busy and priorities compete for our attention, God gently calls us back to His presence. September is a sacred space to pause and ask: “Lord, what are You saying now?”

This month at DFGM, we’re leaning into that still small voice. We’re creating room for reflection, reigniting our pursuit of purpose, and pressing deeper into God’s promises. From our She Speaks Thursdays, to Corporate Morning Prayer, and community outreach events, we are committed to being a church that doesn’t just move with time, but moves by the Spirit.

Our Pastors, Cardell and Lemuettia Hicks, continue to encourage us to live purposefully, serve faithfully, and walk boldly in our calling. Whether you’re in a season of harvest or healing, God is still writing your story, and September is a fresh page.
